Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery across South Africa usually takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days.
Q. Where do orders ship from?
A. All orders are shipped directly from our Johannesburg warehouse.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Same-day dispatch may be possible depending on stock and courier schedules.
Q. Do you offer free delivery?
A. Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R650. For orders under R650, a flat R75 shipping fee applies.
Q. Will I get an order confirmation?
A. Absolutely! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order number and details.
Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Instant EFT and PayFast.
Q. Is checkout secure?
A. 100%. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and fully secure — your personal information is safe with us.
Q. What if something’s wrong with my order?
A. We’ve got you covered. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at support@staysure.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Q. Can I return or exchange my product?
A. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care items. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Q. Will my email be used for anything else?
A. Never. Your email will only be used for order updates and exclusive StaySure offers (if you opt in). No spam, ever.
